Of craft behind every machine

The beginning

Art Driver starts with David Canillas, a tattoo artist with more than 26 years of experience. In 2006 he began building his own coil machines under the name Canillas Tattoo Machines. Every piece passed through his hands; every adjustment took patience. He cast the frames himself, in a furnace — no shortcuts.

Evolution

As the craft changed, he didn't resist it — he embraced it. He kept learning, researching and investing in innovation, moving from handmade techniques to precision machining, advanced motors and modern electronics. That shift became Art Driver: a brand built on honesty, without gimmicks or empty promises. Machines designed by tattoo artists, for tattoo artists.

Today

The values haven't moved. Doing things the right way, with respect for the craft, constant innovation and the best quality possible at a fair price. When a product is made with that kind of care, it stops being merchandise — it becomes a story.
