1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Nexo One machine includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or technical failures under normal use.

• Motor or internal component failure
• Electrical or mechanical issues not caused by misuse

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
• Damage caused by improper use, drops, or modifications
• Use outside of recommended conditions

Extended Warranty
Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty, extending coverage up to 3 years total.
This option must be purchased at the time of ordering or shortly after.
