All ArtDriver USA products are designed and manufactured to meet the highest professional standards.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every Nexo One machine includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or technical failures under normal use.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects

Motor or internal component failure

Electrical or mechanical issues not caused by misuse

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

Damage caused by improper use, drops, or modifications

Use outside of recommended conditions

Extended Warranty

Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty, extending coverage up to 3 years total.

This option must be purchased at the time of ordering or shortly after.
